PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system interconnection method in which a generated power is utilized with efficiency, and to provide a system interconnection system.

SOLUTION: A system interconnection method includes: a charge step of charging a power generated by a power generator to a rechargeable battery by a charging part; an acquisition step of acquiring a power purchase price from a commercial power source and a power selling price to a commercial power by a data acquiring part; a comparison step of comparing the acquired power purchase price with the power selling price to the commercial power by a controller; and a control step of performing the control so that the charged power reversely flows to the commercial power source by the controller, based on a comparison result of the power purchase price and the power selling price to the commercial power.
