<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear luggage compartment structure of a vehicle where a luggage can be easily taken in and out by folding a seat so that a seat back face thereof and a luggage compartment board become flat at both a first position and a second position of the luggage compartment board, and the need of a special operation by an occupant is obviated because a forward-inclined state of the seat is automatically changed in accordance with the height position of the luggage compartment board, and time and effort are saved. <P>SOLUTION: A seat 16 includes a dive-down mechanism 32 for moving the seat 16 downward while moving the seat 16 forward in inclining the seat back 16B forward; and a luggage compartment board 19 is supported movably between a first position arranged at an upper part of a housing part 20 and a second position Y arranged on the upper side relative to the first position, and includes a regulation unit 51 to regulate the dive-down of the seat 16 by the dive-down mechanism 32 when the luggage compartment board 19 is located at a position Y other than the first position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
