<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam transfer control device having a foreign matter intrusion preventing ventilation film for preventing intrusion of foreign matter such as flame, fine particles, an insect such as an ant, or dust, and an emergency draining structure using a porous seal body in order to prevent damage of the foreign matter intrusion preventing ventilation film and to cope with intrusion of water exceeding the steam treating capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A drain passage 6 extending from a box 9 to the outside is formed, the foreign matter intrusion preventing ventilation film 5 made of fire retardant felt is attached so as to close an outside vent port 38, the foreign matter intrusion preventing ventilation film is sandwiched by upper and lower reinforcement mesh plates 50 and 51, and a plurality of cutout parts 53 to communicate the drain passage 6 are formed around the outer circumferences of the reinforcement mesh plates in a predetermined pitch P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
