<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source management system for an electronic control device for a vehicle, in which power consumption can be reduced without deteriorating responsiveness. <P>SOLUTION: This power source management system 1 is for a multi-processor system for a vehicle comprising a first CPU core 21, a second CPU core 31, and a bus to which the CPU cores 21 and 31 are connected. To the first CPU core 21 and the second CPU core 31, an engine control program and a motor control program are allotted, respectively for the functions of an internal combustion engine 20 and a drive motor 30. An ON/OFF judging IC 11 is provided to execute a process for starting the CPU core 31 or 32, when it is determined that the function is started based on output signals from various sensors 61, 62, 63, and 64, corresponding to the determined function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
