The appliance has a removable lid (3) provided on a working container (2). The lid includes a spout (30) for introduction of food in the container, and is manually moved to a function position to allow function of the appliance. The spout receives a gripping part (5) fixed on an upper end of the spout, in a removable manner. The part radially extends at the exterior of the spout, and includes an oblong opening (50) through which the upper end of the spout is engaged. A convex upper surface of the part includes a curvature corresponding to the natural curvature of the palm of hand of the user.
