PURPOSE: A form for a concrete roof is provided to improve work efficiency by rapidly coping with the various changes of vertical beams of a roof. CONSTITUTION: A form(100) for a concrete roof comprises upper support members(110), inclined support members(130), and a lower support member(140). The upper support members support the upward bent part of a roof using supports(20). The inclined support members are installed on the bottom surface of a metal form(120) and supports the roof using the supports. The metal form connects the upper support members to a wall form(11). The center of the lower support member is downward bent to accept the bottom end of the metal form.
