<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information communication device, a roadside information communication device and a communication system which allow a pursuer to easily keep pursuing a target vehicle, such as a suspect's car, even when facing difficulties to pursue it. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle information communication device has a pursuing state detection part for detecting whether it is difficult to pursue the target vehicle or not, and an inter-vehicle communication part for communicating with external on-vehicle information communication devices. When the pursuing state detection part detects that it is difficult to pursue the target, the inter-vehicle communication part transmits a request for information on the target vehicle, which is valid information for pursuing the vehicle, to the on-vehicle information communication devices around the pursuer's vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
