摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thick starchy sauce containing ingredient materials having excellent preservability and good flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The thick starchy sauce is produced by heating and mixing raw materials that includes water, oil-and-fat, starch, and ingredient materials to obtain a cooking liquid, separating the cooked liquid into an oil layer and a thick starchy sauce layer, and recovering the thick starchy sauce layer.
