PURPOSE: An integrity evaluation of a plumbing system and a supporting device using measured linear expansion coefficient and a maintenance method thereof are provided to improve accuracy to correct abnormal deformation and abnormal load by recovering abnormal states of a plumbing system to normal states. CONSTITUTION: An integrity evaluation of a plumbing system and a supporting device using measured linear expansion coefficient and a maintenance method thereof are as follows. In order to evaluate a plumbing system in operation, sections having same diameter and thickness and two of high and low temperatures are decided. In the high and low temperatures, the load of the plumbing system is measured, and the measured load is combined with external force to compare with design condition. Pipe deflection of a piping system in the two temperatures and practical linear expansion coefficient are measured. Through structural analysis with reflected design load variation rate, normal load of a supporting device and normal deflection of the piping system in current state are calculated. In the current state, the normal load of the supporting device, normal deflection of the piping system, the measured load of the plumbing system, the measured pipe deflection of the piping system are compared to correct the load of the supporting device and remove a deflection restraining part, thereby work reliability is confirmed again.
