POLYAXIAL VERTEBRAL ANCHOR ASSEMBLY WITH VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT AND SPLIT LOCK

There is provided a polyaxial vertebral assembly. This assembly includes a polyaxial vertebral anchor and an articulating connector. The polyaxial vertebral anchor is configured to penetrate and secure to a vertebra. The articulating connector has a common trajectory split lock, which is configured to engage rigidly the polyaxial vertebral anchor in a selected pivotal configuration with respect to the polyaxial vertebral anchor and which is further configured to engage rigidly a stabilizing rod at selected configurable height and rotational configuration with respect to the polyaxial vertebral anchor. The pivotal configuration and the height and rotational configuration are independently adjustable through the common trajectory split lock.
