PURPOSE: A door trim of a vehicle noise reduction structure is provided to reduce frictional noise between arm rest part and a center trim part. CONSTITUTION: A door trim of a vehicle noise reduction structure comprises a center trim(200), a lower part trim(300), and an arm rest(100). A cloth(202) is attached to one side of extrudate(201) forming the center trim. A fixing unit(210) is perpendicularly projected in the center trim. The lower part trim is fixed to the bottom of the center trim. The cloth is attached to one side of the extrudate forming the lower part trim. The arm rest is formed on the flat holding surface and is fixed to the fixing unit of the center trim. The other end part of the arm rest is fixed to the lower part trim.
