<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral gelatinous formulation of bisphosphonic acids, which is easy to swallow, stays uniform without turbidness for even a dose of once a week, and is excellent in stability, strength, and elution property. <P>SOLUTION: The oral gelatinous formulation containing the bisphosphonic acids, a gelling agent, a polyhydric alcohol, and water is easily swallowed by a patient with osteoporosis, especially an elderly person having a decreased ability to swallow and a person with dysphagia, stays uniform without turbidness for even the dose of once a week, and is excellent in the stability, the strength, and the elution property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
