COST-EFFECTIVE HANDOVER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR LTE FEMTOCELLS, MANAGEMENT METHOD THEREFOR AND RECORDING MEDIUM OF THE SAME MANAGEMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: A handover management system of an LTE(Long Term Evolution) femto-cell, a handover management method, and a recording medium are provided to reduce the signal cost of a core network in handover of a femto-cell. CONSTITUTION: A serving femto-cell base station(20) searches for a femto-cell base station(30) for handover based on a femto-cell base station gateway(40). The serving femto-cell base station transmits handover request information to a target femto-cell base station through a user terminal. The serving femto-cell base station receives handover command information based on connection approval of the user terminal from the target femto-cell base station.
