The invention provides a demultiplexing device in which the circuit scale can be reduced. The device comprises: a demultiplexing signal selector/distributor (130) for subjecting one or more reception signals to frequency conversion and downsampling, and outputting the resulting signals to a specified output destination; frequency-converting reception low-pass filters (101)-(114) for performing frequency conversion and low-pass filtering, and outputting a downsampled signal; selectors (131)-(136) for switching the input source of a signal that is output to the frequency-converting reception low-pass filter of a subsequent stage; reception channel filters (121)-(128) for shaping the waveform of signals from the frequency-converting reception low-pass filters (107)-(114) in accordance with desired frequency characteristics, and outputting the signals; and a filter bank controller (13) for generating, on the basis of channel information inferred from one or more reception signals, a control signal for controlling the demultiplexing signal selector/distributor (130) and the selectors (131)-(136).
