PURPOSE: A producing method of pine needle tea and pine needle powder for producing functional food is provided to offer the flavor and active ingredients of pine needles to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pine needle tea and pine needle powder comprises the following steps: dipping pine needles in purified water for 9 hours by changing the water once every 3 hours; removing the moisture from the pine needles, and naturally drying the pine needle in the shade; heating the dried pine needle at 60-70 deg C for 7-8 hours; puffing the dried pine needles in a puffing machine; crushing the puffed pine needles to obtain the pine needle powder; sieving the obtained pine needle powder; and mixing the pine needle powder with oligosaccharide before molding into pills and drying at 60-70 deg C.
