PURPOSE: A system, terminal, and control pad for managing a lighting device are provided to enable a user to easily repair and maintain the control panel by implementing a screen component of the control panel according to the taste of a user. CONSTITUTION: An input unit adds or revises the content of a button according to a function. A storage unit stores software information for generating a screen component of a control panel. An operation unit operates various values according to an inputted operation signal. A terminal(100) generates a screen component of the control panel. A communication module transmits and receives data for controlling a control board and lighting. A lighting control board controls a lighting device by processing the received data. A control panel(200) receives data of a screen component element and displays data.
