PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transdermal absorption type pharmaceutical preparation inhibiting causing adhesive transfer on the surface of the skin at the time of peeling thereof, capable of inhibiting swelling/deformation of the medicament- reserving layer-forming film due to a solvent for the medicament contained in the medicament-reserving layer, and moreover, having excellent transdermal absorbability of the medicament. SOLUTION: This transdermal absorption type pharmaceutical preparation is such one that a medicament excluding 2-tert-butylamino-1-(2-chloro-4- hydroxyphenyl)ethan-1-ol and its pharmacologically acceptable salt is enclosed in a medicament-reserving layer which is formed in the medicament-reserving layer-forming film itself, or formed by the medicament-reserving layer-forming film and an impermeable support medium provided on the medicament-reserving layer-forming film, and a fabric layer and an adhesive layer are sequentially laminated on one side of the medicament-reserving layer-forming film or the other side opposite to the support medium.
