The dark piece contains a mixture of the fancy white wheat flour and the flavoured artichoke flour prepared according to the intended technical process, compressed bakery yeast, linseed oil, sugar, salt, and water. Then dough is proofed and alternately panned. Before baking the product is worked by twisting light and dark dough pieces. Then it is proofed again and baked. ^ EFFECT: produce bakery goods characterized by the improved chewy texture and coffee flavour assuming that the receipt does not include coffee in it. ^ 1 dwg |
