<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic body in which too much current is hardly generated even if a high voltage is impressed. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the ceramic body with a conductive layer obtained by joining the conductive layer on the surface of the ceramic body. The ceramic body contains AlO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>TiO<SB POS="POST">5</SB>; the conductive layer contains Mo and Mn in a proportion of ≥50 mass% in total, and further contains Ti; and in the boundary part between the conductive layer and the ceramic body, a first boundary region containing Mn as a main ingredient is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
