<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain light weight of a shoe by arranging in the absolute minimum a rigid member having hardness and elasticity in a sole part, and also to more satisfactorily obtain characteristics such as shank effect and resiliency in a toe bent part. <P>SOLUTION: A rigid member 6 having a prescribed hardness and arranged in a sole part 2 for the purpose of preventing a shoe 1 from twisting and of preventing the arch of the foot from falling, is composed of a single member extending roughly around the shoe width-direction center from a position rearward from the heel center to a position forward from the toe bent part. This rigid member 6 is provided with a nearly U-shaped cross sectional part 6u in which the center part projects downward. In the part other than the arch part, there is formed a three-layered laminated structure by clamping, with a mid sole 4 and an out sole 5, an overhanging part 6h bulging out left and right from the nearly U-shaped cross sectional part 6u. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
