<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly detect desorption from a camera body. <P>SOLUTION: A detection circuit 21 of a camera body 2 changes an input voltage to a microcomputer 17, based on a change in the voltage of a detection terminal 12. The microcomputer 17 detects the change of the input voltage from the detection circuit 21, so as to rapidly detect desorption from an exchange lens 3. The exchange lens 3 detects a connection state with the camera body 2, based on a change in the voltage of a detection terminal 32 having contact with the detection terminal 12 to be used in the camera body 2 to detect the connection state. A detection circuit 41 changes an input voltage to a microcomputer 36, based on the change in the voltage of the detection terminal 32. The microcomputer 36 detects the change of the input voltage from the detection circuit 41, so as to detect the desorption of the exchange lens 3 from the camera body 2.
