<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device capable of obtaining permanently stable optical characteristic even with a change in environmental temperature. <P>SOLUTION: An optical device with a plurality of lens groups comprises: an imaging optical system to form an image of an object; a holding frame to hold lenses in the imaging optical system to be movable; a temperature correction space adjustment section made of a shape memory alloy member which changes a length thereof in a direction along an optical axis and abuts on the holding frame at one end and on a place other than an effective region of movable lenses at the other end; and an elastic member which is arranged opposite to the temperature correction space adjustment section relative to the movable lenses and applies an external force to the movable lenses in the direction that the shape memory alloy member changes the length thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
