The apparatus has an electrical blower for producing an air flow. A temperature adjuster (16) is connected to a reference value input of a control electronic system. A temperature sensor (17) i.e. infrared sensor (19), is connected to an actual value input of the electronic system. The sensor measures temperature on a surface (201) of an object (20) subjected by an air flow (14) within a measuring spot (191). A laser sighting system (21) is attached to the sensor to mark the measuring spot of the sensor on the surface of the object in an optically visible manner. A display field e.g. LED display and LCD, is arranged on a rear side of the housing.
