<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an edge curling part at an opening edge in a molded product for packaging composed of non-stretched plastic having various types of shapes in plane view. <P>SOLUTION: The molded product for packaging is produced from a pre-molded product p made of non-stretched plastic and including a curling portion 15 at the opening edge of a cup type body. The pre-molded product p is set so that the body is located inside cylindrical curling molds 21e, 22d and a tip of the curling portion 15 is introduced to curling grooves 21g, 22f. While the curling molds 21e, 22d are heated by heaters 21f, 22e, sliding is performed so that the curling grooves 21g, 22f come closer to the opening edge of the body of the pre-molded product p. The curling portion 15 soften by the heating is curled up toward the opening edge of the body of the pre-molded product p, so as to form the edge curled part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
