A housing box assembly for piping of a building is provided to increase assembly efficiency by connecting the gap of the fixing members with the vertical and horizontal members and fixing the cover plate with the elastic piece. A housing box assembly for piping of a building comprises plural vertical members connected from the floor to the ceiling of the building; a cover plate(30) formed with width corresponding to the interval of the vertical members and placed at the front of the vertical members; and an elastic piece(40) containing a fixing part(41) inclined to both sides in the cover plate, and an elastic part(43) formed to face the inner surface of the cover plate. A supporting part(45) is curved toward the fixing part on the end of the elastic part. The vertical members are fixed in the plural fixing members.
