A structure of a discharge muffler in a compressor is provided to decrease the speed of a running fluid by connecting a pulsation control plate formed with a snail-shape groove to first and second hollow parts of the discharge muffler. A structure of a discharge muffler in a compressor comprises first and second hollow parts(110,120) installed at a discharge passage of the compressor, first and second straw parts(130), and pulsation control plates(150). The first and second straw parts, whose end parts are connected to the first and second hollow parts, are separated by a partition(140). The pulsation control plates connect the first and second straw parts. The pulsation control plates have vortex grooves(151) whose start portion at the outer periphery side is assembled to the first straw part and end portion at the center side is joined to the second straw part. The width of the vortex grooves is smaller from the start portion at the outer periphery side to the end portion at the center side.
