The apparatus has a clamping element (2) with a center part (4) i.e. hook, and a resilient projection (5) arranged away from the center part for resiliently coupling the center part at a location (6) of a cooling body (3). The center part has another resilient projection (7) pressed against an electronic part (1), where the centre part is engaged at another location (8) of the cooling body. The clamping element is formed as a single-piece component and made of sheet metal. The center part has a rigid projection (10) formed in a direction of the latter resilient projection. |
