A technique for the coronary bypass of the right coronary artery affected diffusely throughout its length in the patients with ischemic heart disease and concomitant diabetes mellitus type 2 comprises the separation of the blood vessels and preparation of the vascular grafts. The great saphenous vein is separated, the arteries of the second order are bypassed, namely, the artery of the sharp edge, the lateral branch of the right coronary artery, the artery of the right ventricle.
