<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for automatically opening/closing a liquid feeding port for eliminating liquid and air bubbles in piping while suppressing increase of manufacturing costs and increase of the number of components in a liquid chromatography apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid chromatography apparatus equipped with: an eluant supply unit; a liquid feeding pump; a damper; an injection valve; a column; and a detector, a valve mechanism for opening/closing the liquid feeding port provided on a path from the liquid feeding pump to the column is incorporated in the injection valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
