<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for stress corrosion cracking test which is capable of continuing application of fixed stress to a test piece even after the occurrence of a crack due to stress corrosion cracking to be able to accurately evaluate crack growth behavior. <P>SOLUTION: The jig for stress corrosion cracking test includes a first member 3 supporting both end parts of one surface of a tabular test piece 2, a second member 4 supporting a middle part of the other surface of the test piece 2, and a holding member 5 holding the first member 3 and the second member 4 in a state of pressing the first member 3 toward the second member 4 side or pressing the second member 4 toward the first member 3 side to apply stress to the test piece 2.
