PURPOSE: A functional beverage containing a gastrodia elata extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the functionality of red ginseng and black garlic to the beverage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional beverage containing a gastrodia elata extract comprises the following steps: wet milling gastrodia elata, and freeze-drying the gastrodia elata in the vacuum condition; adding alpha-amylase into the obtained gastrodia elata powder before hot water extracting the mixture at 90-97 deg C, and adding a diastatic enzyme into the mixture and hot water extracting at 55-65 deg C; filtering the obtained liquid before concentrating; hot water extracting red ginseng, and concentrating into 2-4 Brix; hot water extracting black garlic, and concentrating into 50-70 Brix; and mixing 84.67wt% of gastrodia elata concentrate, 10.16wt% of black garlic concentrate, 3.39wt% of xylitol, 0.08wt% of bamboo salt, and 0.85wt% of persimmon vinegar. |
