<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate examination of causes for malfunction of a camera for FA equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In FA equipment 11 comprising a camera 21 for taking a picture of an imaging target, the camera 21 has a CPU 23, a RAM 25, and a flash memory 26, and various signals are transmitted/received between the camera 21 and a CPU 12 of the FA equipment control device 11. The CPU 23 of the camera 21 records operation history data of the camera 21 itself, transmission/reception history data of the various signals, and various setting data of the camera in the RAM 25, and writes the various data stored in the RAM 25 into the flash memory 26 which is a non-volatile rewritable memory, when a severe malfunction (such as communication abnormality) which can be determined by the CPU 23 of the camera 21 occurs or when a data storage request is sent from the FA equipment control device 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
