<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring harness which can be magnetically shielded and can reduce restrictions in designing a path. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring harness 21 comprises: a wiring harness body 23; connections 24 arranged on the respective ends of the wiring harness body 23; and an exterior member 25 protecting the wiring harness body 23. The wiring harness body 23 includes: two high-voltage wires 26; an electromagnetic shield member 27 collectively housing the two high-voltage wires 26; and a magnetic shield member 28 arranged on the outside of the electromagnetic shield member 27. The magnetic shield member 28 is provided at a desired position.
