An image signal filtering method, an apparatus thereof, an image feature extracting method and a recording medium thereof used for extracting the scale invariant feature of the image are provided to reduce error and extract the image feature in case that RANSAC(Random Sample Consensus) is used. A stabilizing shrinkage function is generated from an input image signal(S40). The conversion value of the input image signal is generated by sparse coding transform matrix of a image representation model(S42). A stabilized sparse code is generated(S44). The stabilization sparse code is inversely transformed by transposed matrix of the sparse trans-coding matrices. The filtered image signal is generated through the reverse conversion(S46).
