<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coenzyme Q10-containing emulsion or a transparent emulsion that has an excellent emulsion stability against acidic beverages, alcoholic beverages, etc. and does not give out any offensive taste or smell immediately after emulsification or after preservation, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsion is obtained by dissolving coenzyme Q10 in fats and oils, then adjusting specific gravity of the solution by adding sucrose-diacetate-hexa-isobutyrate, and the solution is added slowly into another mixed solution that is separately prepared by mixing a desalted gum arabic aqueous solution and polyhydric alcohols, and emulsified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
