<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection system for confirming removal of materials containing asbestos which can be used even in a place which is difficult to be inspected, and with which oversight of a place where materials containing asbestos remain is eliminated by enhancing accuracy of the inspection. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection system for confirming removal of materials containing asbestos comprises: a pair of infrared heaters 4A, 4B for irradiating a removal processing surface (a surface 1a of a substrate 1) of a material 2 containing asbestos; an infrared thermography 5 for monitoring the temperature of a heating range by the pair of the infrared heaters 4A, 4B and obtaining an image; a position detector 6 for obtaining image position data of a monitoring range R by the infrared thermography 5; and an image analyzer 7 which creates temperature image data in which a part where a temperature is different from a temperature T1 of the substrate is determined as residual deposit 2A of the material 2 containing asbestos based on the image obtained by the infrared thermography 5, associates the temperature image data with the image position data, and outputs positional information identifying the position of the residual deposit 2A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
