The present invention relates to an apparatus for injection molding of a stopper for performing accurate injection molding of a high-quality screw-combination type stopper. The apparatus can confirm whether the stopper is open and enables a stopper body portion to maintain a stable connection state for a fixing ring in opening the stopper by an inner slider for molding of a recessed groove on the hinge portion of the stopper equipped with a core body to be withdrawn from the same. The apparatus for injection molding of the stopper according to the present invention comprises: an upper circular plate which is equipped with an upper-part molding portion for molding the upper part of the external shape of the stopper and a pair of slider operating pins formed to incline to both sides of the upper-part molding portion; a pair of external sliders which are opposite to each other by the slider operating pin on a stripper positioned in the lower part of the upper circular plate and horizontally slides, and molds the lower part of the external shape of the stopper; and a core unit which molds the internal shape of the stopper. The core unit comprises a core body in which a pocket is recessed to a corresponding part for treatment of undercut at the hinge portion of the stopper and an internal slider in which an undercut portion for hinge portion molding of the stopper is installed to be withdrawn from the pocket. |
