<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizer controlling deterioration of the efficiency of dew condensation of moisture while ensuring moisture resistance and insulation of a Peltier element. <P>SOLUTION: The atomizer includes an Peltier element 45 having a heat absorption side and a heat radiation side and a heat transfer portion 32 having a smaller shape than the heat absorption side of the Peltier element 45 and having a heat-transferring heat exchanger plate 46 for the heat absorption side of the Peltier element 45 which is adhered to the inside of the shape on the heat absorption side of the Peltier element 45 with an adhesive having heat-transferring properties. Moisture dewed on the heat exchanger plate 46 cooled through heat absorption of the Peltier element 45 is absorbed, and an electrode of the atomizer atomizes the absorbed moisture into mist containing radicals by natural discharge. The atomizer also has an internal case 31 fixing the heat-transferring portion 32 by adhering, with an adhesive, the surrounding part of the heat exchanger plate 46 on the heat absorption side of the Peltier element 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
