<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction mark making template for a golf club which accurately and easily makes a direction mark on a crown. <P>SOLUTION: The mark making template 1 has a basic structure in which a sheet freely stuck to and separated from the crown 4 of a club head 3 is provided with entry guide slits 2 for direction lines 6. The entry guide slit 2 includes: parallel line slits 2a along the edge of the face (front surface) 3a; orthogonal line slits 2b disposed orthogonal to the parallel line slits 2a and extending from the face 3a of the club head 3 to the back side; and arcuate slits 2c having a diameter substantially the same as that of a golf ball 5. The template has a sheet material of natural rubber, silicone rubber, or another synthetic resin, soft enough to be stuck to and separated from the crown 4 of the club head 3, and formed into a suction cup shape having a peripheral edge thickness T2 smaller than a center thickness T1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
