PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element, an imaging apparatus using the same, and a lens interchangeable camera with a dust-proof structure that excels in a dust-proof property and a mechanical strength.

SOLUTION: An optical element 1 comprises a substrate 10 and a dust-proof layer 20 formed on a surface of the substrate 10. The dust-proof layer 20 is configured as a transcribed anodized porous alumina having a porous structure, and the optical element includes a dust-proof structure 21 that comprises a plurality of fine protrusions 21a having an inverse pattern of the porous structure.
