<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger for a movable body capable of taking proper measures against abnormality, such as a wiring member drawn out more than a predetermined amount, even when one drawing-out detection sensor is failed. <P>SOLUTION: A charging stand 2 includes a first drawing-out detection sensor 7 that detects first drawing-out of a cable 5a and a second drawing-out detection sensor 8 that detects second drawing-out of the cable 5a.
