<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of batch-registering access authorities that are different for each folder by a simple operation, and capable of outputting the registered access authorities that are different for each folder, in a file format easy to visually understand. <P>SOLUTION: In a CSV file created in a CSV file format, folder names, group names, access authorities and numbers of folder hierarchies are disposed in association with matrices, with the use of the number of comma-separated partitions, and are entered between the comma separations. By accepting the CSV file, the access authorities divided into groups of folders containing documents managed in a document management system are batch set. The access authority information for each group of folders that is set and entered, along with the folder hierarchy information, creates a CSV file in a CSV file format.
