<p>The apparatus has an electromotor (M) for operating a pump (5) that pressurizes oil sucked from a tank (S) in a cylinder (2c). A return flow valve (4) controls a return part (1a) of a working tool i.e. cutting head (1), and a return spring drives the return part. Force acting at the head or current consumption of the electromotor is increased by a pressurized probe (3), a force cell and/or a power consumption probe and guided to a control center (Z). The valve controls draining of the oil from the cylinder into the tank via an adjustable time relay (T) connected with the control center. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling an opening operation of a cutting head.</p> |
