PURPOSE: An automatic workpiece exchange device of machining center is provided to enable a user to stably perform the movement and stop of first and second pallets without clearance. CONSTITUTION: An automatic workpiece exchange device of machining center comprises a feeding unit(42) supplying and drawing out work piece to and from machine center. The feeding unit comprises a fixed rail(35) and first and second pellets(60,90). The fixed rail comprises the motor and pinion. The motor is fixed on a lift frame and is installed in the floor side. The pinion is rotated using the power of the motor. The first pellet is placed on the fixed rail. A rack is installed in the bottom of the first pellet and meshed with the pinion. The first pellet receives the power of the motor and reciprocates forward and backward. The second pellet is placed on the first pellet.
