The device has a sealing joint (3) fixed at a circumference of an opening (2) formed on a wall (1) in a sealed manner. A glass (5) is protected by a frame, and is formed of a glass layer, where the surface of the glass is larger than that of the opening. The glass is in direct contact with the sealing joint. The frame of the glass is in direct contact with the sealing joint when perfect sealing is carried out between the frame and the glass. The glass pivots or slides with respect to the opening.
