The method involves introducing food stuff inside a conditioning container (1), where the interior of the container includes a holding unit (5) with a cavity (51) to partially contain a cooking medium i.e. duck grease. A lid is placed on the container so as to close the container. The closed container is positioned such that the foodstuff is partially immersed in the cooking medium at a time of cooking stage. The container is positioned such that the foodstuff is placed on a support area (52). The container is made of multiple polymer materials.
