摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evaluate advertising effect by broadcasting an advertising content. <P>SOLUTION: A recognition rate calculating server 104 calculates an advertising effect index value of each commodity based on broadcasting information of the advertising content of each commodity identified by a commodity ID, purchaser information from a POS system 200 and customer attribute information from a CRM system 300. By referring to a purchaser attribute, the advertising effect index value of each commodity can be calculated for each purchaser attribute. The advertising effect index value is directly related to actual number of purchasers of the commodity.
