PURPOSE: A sterilization device for an air conditioning device of a vehicle is provided to control the propagation of bacteria in an evaporator and a heater of an air conditioning device. CONSTITUTION: A sterilization device for an air conditioning device of a vehicle comprises a blower, an evaporator(20), a heater, a discharge pipe, a sterilizing water producing unit, a spraying unit, and a control unit. The blower blows external air or internal air to an air conditioner case. The evaporator and the heater are installed inside the air conditioner case. The discharge pipe discharges condensate generated from the evaporator. The sterilizing water producing unit produces sterilizing water through the electrolysis of water. The spraying unit sprays the sterilizing water. The control unit controls the spraying of the spraying unit.
