<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calendar mechanism and a timepiece equipped with such calendar mechanism (calendar mechanism incorporated timepiece) which can achieve enhanced design flexibility regarding indication. <P>SOLUTION: A calendar mechanism 1 of a calendar mechanism incorporated timepiece 2 includes: a date wheel 20 that has a date indication face 23 of an annular shape and an internal toothed gear 22 controlled by a date jumper 40; and a week wheel 50 that has a week star 52 having toothings 54 to be engaged with toothings 24 of the internal toothed gear 22 of the date wheel 20 and being rotated by the internal toothed gear 22, and a week-day indication face 53 of an annular shape. With a winding stem being pulled out, when the winding stem is rotated in one direction D1, the date wheel 20 is rotated via a date correction wheel 75, causing a week correction wheel 85 to disengage from the week star 52. When the winding stem is rotated in another direction D2, the week wheel is rotated via the week correction wheel 85. This causes the date correction wheel 75 to disengage from the date wheel gear 22, while causing the week correction wheel 85 to engage with the week star 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
