<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing air from building up in the mouth of a tube even when a tube container is being filled up with contents while a cap member thereof is on the tube mouth. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing tubed products includes the following steps: an insertion step for inserting a filling nozzle and a sucking nozzle into a tube container having a cap member thereon from the open end of the tube body, and arranging at least the sucking port of the sucking nozzle in a tube mouth; a first filling step in which, after the insertion step, the filling nozzle begins discharging the contents, and at the same time, the sucking nozzle starts sucking air, so that the tube mouth is filled with the contents while the air is sucked by the sucking mouth as the contents is being discharged from the filling nozzle; and a second filling step in which the tube body is filled with the contents such that, after the first filling step, the filling nozzle continues discharging the contents while the sucking nozzle stops sucking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
